Who has the time or money for a salon facial, conditioning treatment, or even a pro-scratching pedicure, all of you should really take care of yourself. Choose a day when you have no interruptions, turn off your mobile phone, and light some candles to set the scene. In addition, if spa night

Do a Dry-Brushing Session –

2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

3. While the water is heating, mash 1/2 of the papaya into a paste.

4. Move the pot to the table and place your face over the steam, holding a bath towel over your head.  

5. Steam face for 5-8 minutes.

6. Apply papaya mixture, carefully avoiding the eye area.

Drift with One-minute Hand Massage –

Before going to the shower, file and shape your nails to dry – once wet they are more apt to break or split. File in one direction (no saws!) In the center on one side, then on the other side, and make the tips last. Massage at the end of the evening with a rich hand cream of hands and cuticles.

Shia butter is soothing overnight and great for repair. As you work in the cream you can also squeeze in a quick hand massage. This is an easy way to add some self-care to your evening.

Soak your Feet in Bath Salt –

Take a leaf from Cleopatra’s book and relax in a cleansing and nutritious milk bath. The lactic acid in milk will soften your skin, and a milk bath can also be soothing for people with eczema or psoriasis.

Shine with a Glass Skin Massage –

Follow this with a soothing, moisturizing, or cleansing mask made with natural ingredients such as yogurt, avocado, strawberries, or honey. Finally, pamper yourself with a DIY spa day facial massage using a natural oil such as almond oil. Apply oil on your hands then massage your face using a gentle upward circular motion. This will help nourish the skin giving a vibrant and soft complexion.
